These Service Conditions ("Conditions") govern your access to and use of the VIPER platforms and services, which include, among others, VIPER App, VIPER MASS, VIPER ONE, VIPER GO and VIPER CREW (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Conditions and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not accept all of these Conditions, you must not use our Services.

By accessing and using the VIPER Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to accept these Conditions. Minors must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians to use the Services. VIPER reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the VIPER website or within the application.
Users commit to using the Services in accordance with these Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. The use of Services is subject to the following restrictions:
To access certain Services, users must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities that occur under their account. VIPER shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their credentials.
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, interfaces and source code related to the Services are the exclusive property of VIPER or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users do not acquire any ownership rights over these materials.
VIPER provides the Services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VIPER does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIPER shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of these Conditions. VIPER is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and handling their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Access to certain VIPER Services may be subject to subscription or payment fees. Applicable fees will be detailed at the time of Service contracting. VIPER reserves the right to modify its fees and prices at any time, notifying users in advance. In the event of payment delay, VIPER may suspend or cancel access to the corresponding Services.
These Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Santiago de Chile.
VIPER reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice. VIPER may terminate a user's access to the Services if it determines that the user has violated these Conditions.
