VIPER was born from the vision of Exequiel Gallardo and Camilo Salazar, two professionals driven by their passion for technology and emergency management. Gallardo, an aviation engineer and technology innovation specialist, and Salazar, an industrial engineer trained in risk and disaster management, identified a critical gap: the lack of real-time information to support strategic decisions during emergencies. From that need came a disruptive solution: an integrated platform capable of coordinating and optimizing emergency response through state-of-the-art technology.
